In a bid to keep the major cities in Anambra State clean, Governor Willie Obiano has launched the Anambra State Daily Road Sweepers.
The launching, yesterday, at Upper Iweka, Onitsha, witnessed the display of the road sweepers kitted in overalls and work tools, receptacles, buses and other equipment provided provided by Innoson Manufacturing Company, Nnewi, owned by Innocent Chukwuma.
Three hundred people were employed as rod sweepers for the takeoff of the scheme.
