Nigerian soldiers fighting Boko Haram were involved in an accident on Thursday.
The soldiers were said to be on their way to rescue travellers attacked by Boko Haram along Maiduguri-Damaturu road, along Auno – Jakana axis.
The route, which links neighbouring states Borno and Yobe, is usually targeted by terrorists.
Correspondents gathered that the military personnel were on top speed to ensure they get to the scene of attack before the sect members flee.
In the attached video, trucks were shown moving in a convoy and then a loud bang after one of them crashed was heard.
