The House of Representatives on Tuesday asked the police to stop parading Miss Chidinma Ojukwu who was accused of killing the Chief Executive Officer of SuperTV Usifo Ataga.

The House resolution stemmed from a motion of urgent public importance sponsored by Rep. Tolulope Sadipe drawing the attention of the parliament to the frequent parade of the accused by the police and subjecting her to social media trial.

The House further asked the police to carry out in-depth investigation into the case and desist from granting her media interviews, subjecting her to media trial.
